Hot Foil Stamping Systems
Over 500 I.KELA Hot Stamping Units have been installed World wide. The I.KELA system is the OEM choice to many of the most well known Printing Press manufacturers. The majority of the systems are placed in an existing rotary die cutting station. New demands for packaging variations have pushed new options for the placement of the systems. We have worked together with press manufacturers and equipment suppliers to integrate Rotary Stamping upstream of historical placement. Now overprinting, tinting and other variations are possible.
We supply two basic types of units, the Red and Blue stamping systems. The Red system uses and electric heating rod and is used in twenty inch and smaller machines with small repeat cylinders. Our Blue system uses heat transfer oil as a heating method. Twenty-eight inch wide units and twenty-five inch repeat cylinders can be heated using this method.
